I was wrong – your room grade at this resort dictates: - the level of communication from reception staff, having any of your requests met and puts you to the back of the queue in various situations.Several times we made, what I consider to be minor requests, of the reception staff, one being to have a bottle of champagne in our room one evening to celebrate our anniversary – the response was a condescending look and ‘we’ll see what we can do!’ ....which was nothing.
